Cheryl Gess holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education with a minor in community and corporate fitness from Mankato State University, and is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Physical Therapy School. She holds certification in Leduc Method of Lymphedema Management.
As a physical therapist, Cheryl can diagnose and treat patients with limited ability to move or perform activities. Physical therapists examine patients and develop treatment plans to help them move better, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
Cheryl believes in teaching her patients how they can help themselves and involves patients in setting their goals. She enjoys working with patients of all ages.
She and her husband have three daughters. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, swimming and traveling to Minnesota to visit their relatives.
