She’s not only the smiling face of Orthopedics Plus, she’s also the organized mind behind getting you where you need to be quickly. While you’ll want to stay and chat with her for a while, you’ll appreciate her concern for your time⎯a theme you’ll find throughout the Orthopedics Plus experience.

Go with the flow.

Your treatment and recovery journey will take you along our treatment trail, a literal pathway running through the facility that guides you from your doctor appointment to your therapist to the rehabilitation equipment prescribed for your specific treatment and therapy. It’s easy to navigate and serves as a helpful reminder to get you where you’re going.

Take a look around.

While the treatment trail provides you with a simple, direct line to your recovery needs, you’ll also notice you are surrounded by various pieces of rehabilitation equipment, physical and occupational therapist work sites and a dedicated area for braces, support devices and other physical aids. This wide-open space allows you to move freely and easily between stations. We even have x-ray technology for Orthopedics Plus use only. Our Therapy Gym of upper- and lower-body specific machines, stretching tables, a running and walking track, sports net and an area for hand and wrist therapy. No matter what your rehabilitation includes, you will find the equipment and the proper therapist on-site to assist you.

The entire staff of ThedaCare Orthopedics Plus is housed along the outer wall of our facility. Therapists, doctors and surgeons are all located within our space and are often found outside their offices conferring with other professionals about your specific case. This eliminates time wasted making phone calls and waiting for responses regarding patient care. When everyone is located in the same space, it’s much easier and more efficient to simply walk down the hall. We’ve even supplied each office with a numerical keypad that allows our doctors and therapists to request items be delivered right to the exam room. Once a doctor or therapist types in the request, numbers associated with that item light up on a grid above the exam room door and a delivery is made within minutes. With this smart system, you won’t be left sitting alone in the office for long periods of time.
